As an alternatvie to Auto discounts already discussed you can apply discounts on an individual Visit entry basis when entering a Visit.  The discounts can be per visit or on a percentage basis.  When entering a Visit and prior to clicking a Save button you can enter the amount or percent in the top right of the Visit screen.  This discount will be added to the Discount field and automatically applied when a Payment is made.
