Discounts will often be given for Consults but not for Supplies.  For this reason there is an ‘Apply Discount’ field on every Item.  This can be added or taken off in Items / Alter or Alter in List.  In addition this field can be altered on an individual Visit basis when entering a “Visit” or at any time in Visits / Alter.
