In auto addresses you can set the Address code to always send accounts and receipts via email.  The email address is also entered in Auto Addresses.  When this Address code is entered in Patient Details / Payer detials and the Auto Account to button clicked these settings will be entered into the Extra Details area causing accounts and receipts to be sent via email.
